Digital charter

You have to sign our Digital Charter (« Charte de bon usage des moyens numériques ») electronically in order to access and use the software, equipment, IT tools and digital services of the University.

This charter applies to all users of the Information System (IS) of the university. It defines their rights, duties and responsibilities.

To sign the charter

Connect to Pandore and, at the bottom of the page, click on « Signer la charte du numérique » in order to certify that you have read it and agree with its terms.

 

Activate and manage your UNISTRA account

To log in or activate your UNISTRA account

Once you have completed your first administrative enrolment, connect to Ernest, then click on "Activation du compte", at the top right of the home page.

You can also connect to Pandore and go to the “Activer mon compte > Vous êtes étudiant(e)” section.

To recover or change your password

Go to Pandore, under the heading "Modifier mon mot de passe, mes informations" or, if you have forgotten your login details, under "Retrouver mes identifiants".

Strengthen your account security with MFA

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances the security of your account by adding an extra verification step when you sign in. In addition to your username and password, you will be asked to confirm your identity using a second factor (for example, through a mobile app or a temporary code).

This feature helps protect your data and your access more effectively.
